Making a Purchase
When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your order. If there are any problems with availability of our products we will contact you. Payment will be taken at the time of ordering.
Ordering is easy. To make an order browse our Shop, add any items you want to buy into the basket and click on ‘checkout’ when you are finished. You will then have to provide us with your details so that we can complete the order.
We accept most credit and debit cards except American Express.
Delivery and other Special Instruction
Orders are dispatched by the Postal Service and for larger orders by courier. A signature is required on delivery if your goods are delivered by courier. If you will not be at home, consider providing a work address or that of neighbour who will be available, otherwise the parcel will be taken to your nearest Post Office for collection.
We aim to ship orders within 3 working days of your order being placed.
Delivery Costs
Our delivery charges to Mainland UK are based on weights as per below:
Up to 1kg - £3.50
1kg - 2kg - £5.50
2kg + £7.50
We deliver to Eire and Europe and will confirm the cost of delivery prior to dispatching the goods.
If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly
Credit Card Security
All Credit Cards are processed online by SAGE Pay on their secure servers. SAGE Pay take the credit card details and process the payment on our behalf, they do not pass your credit card details to us. Thus you can be assured of total security for your card details. Returns Policy
You can cancel your contract at any time up to 7 working days after delivery. To do this please email or write to us.
You do not have to give any reason for cancellation, however, a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are adequately packed to protect against damage.
If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
