4 ripe avocados
1 tsp. Really Garlicky Rub
1 Red or Yellow Tomato
1 tbsp. fresh parsley chopped
1 small red onion
1 lime (juice only)
1 lemon (juice only)
1 tsp. sea salt
5 shakes of Tabasco Sauce or 2 red Jalapeno peppers seeded and diced

1 Seed and dice all vegetables.
2 Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate for several hours.
3 Serve. (Recipe may be cut in half if desired)
1 Serve on fresh salad greens with croutons or corn chips.
2 Cut the tops off tomatoes and remove insides and place mixture in, top with a spoon of sour cream. Sprinkle with chili powder.
