8 chicken pieces, legs or thighs
1 tbsp Really Garlicky rub

Place the chicken pieces and the really garlicky rub into a large food bag and seal. Give the bag a good shake so that the chicken is evenly covered with rub. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for the flavours to develop, longer if you have time.

Grill or barbecue the chicken until cooked through, checking that the juices run clear when the meat is pierced with a sharp knife.
