Really Garlicky Recipes


Garlicky Prawns

Serves 2

1 tbsp olive oil
50g/2oz garlic butter
12 large raw prawns
salt and pepper
1 tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley

In a wok or large heavy based sauté pan, heat the oil and garlic butter. Add the prawns and stir well. Stir fry for 4-5 mins until the prawns are pink. Season with salt and pepper and scatter with the chopped parsley. Serve at once with some crusty bread to mop up the juices.
