Really Garlicky Recipes

Garlicky Caesar Salad

2 Really Garlicky Ciabattas
4 tbsp Really Garlicky Dressing
30g Parmesan, shaved with a potato peeler
4 anchovy fillets, finely chopped (optional)
1 Cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced
1 Head Cos or Romaine lettuce, leaves separated, washed and dried.

Heat the oven to 200c/fan180c/gas6. Cut the ciabattas into bite sized piecesfor the croutons. Spread them in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for approx 10 minutes in the oven until golden and crisp.

Toss the lettuce with half the dressing and place into two bowls or plates. Top with the chicken, anchovies if using and the croutons. Drizzle with the rest of the dressingand top with the shavings of parmesan cheese.
