Garlicky Onions and Goats Cheese Tarts

225g Pack ready-rolled puff pastry
1 Jar Really Garlicky Caramelised Onions
2x 100g Round goats cheese, sliced
4 Thyme sprigs
Olive oil


heat the oven to 220c/fan200c/gas7.Cut the pastry into 4 rectangles and place on a non stick baking sheet. mark a borber 1cm in from the edge of the pastry with a sharp knife. Spoon 1 dessertspoon of caramelised onions into the middle of each pastry square and smooth out to the marked border. Top with the goats cheese and tyme. Drizzle with a little olive oil and bake in the hot oven for 15-20mins, untilthe cheese has meltd and the pastry is risen and is golden.
