1. When will I get my delivery?
If your order includes chilled produce then we will send by courier on a next-day delivery basis. Chilled orders will be delivered Tuesday to Friday. If there is a day that suits you better than others then please mention when you place your order. Your order will be delivered any time up to 6pm. We do not specify a time but the parcel can be left safe, it is therefore essential that, when ordering, you provide instructions for the courier should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative delivery address such as a neighbour, or safe place to leave your box such as a patio or garage.
All non-chilled goods are sent by Royal Mail and therefore we cannot be sure of the day of delivery although normally it is between 3-5 days from dispatch.
2. How will my order be packed?
All your chilled goods are packed in Polyboxes which not only protect the goods but also ensure the goods remain cool.
3. Is it safe to send chilled produce through the post?
Yes, our packaging has been independently tested, and our system will keep your order chilled for as long as 24 hours, and at least as long as it takes to get to you. Of course, if anything in your order is not to your satisfaction when you receive it, we'll be happy to send you replacement. Just call Si on 01667 452193.
4. Do you have a shop I can visit?
Yes, we now have a factory outlet shop here at our unit called ‘New Reekie’. If you are passing through Nairn please come in and visit us. Our shop is open between 10am and 4pm.
